Change list format from json to toml

D'expérience avec les manifest.json des apps yunohost, sur le moyen/long terme c'est vraiment + human-friendly d'utiliser du yml ou du toml.

Ici j'ai choisi toml car on a plusieurs plan pour tout passer en toml dans le format de packaging yunohost (le yml ayant été critiqué car trop confusant au niveau de l'indentation)
