Allow single option

Carlo Beltrame requested to merge carlobeltrame/framadate:allow-single-option into develop

For date polls, it has been possible for a long time (at least since 2014) to create a poll with only a single option, even though the translations still say you need at least two dates.

This merge request also enables single-option classic polls. I also removed the obsolete translations from the .po and .pot files in a separate commit. Let me know if this should be done differently.
