AppStream IDs and a few additions, link fixes and such from LINMOBapps

This is a massive commit (again), but it contains all the App Stream IDs I could find (I went through every repository). I hope that this helps with the way towards "app directory". It should not introduce 0 5 errors this time :)

I don't know if further commits like this will be easily possible, as I have decided to seperate games and apps that deserve to be archived (e.g. because the source code is missing) out, which will make future commits like this one a lot harder if not almost impossible.
